Yes! If you’re using one of our supported sizes, such as the 32oz or 22oz Tumbler, you can purchase a replacement lid here.
We do not currently provide replacement lids or pieces for the following formats:
- 40oz Tumbler
- 25oz Tumbler
- 18oz Coffee Mug
- 16oz Wine Tumbler
- 14oz Kids Tumbler
- 12oz Can Cooler
We offer a 90‑day warranty on manufacturer defects when you provide a receipt. This does not include damage from everyday wear or from falls.
Please submit the following warranty form with a proof of purchase. If your order qualifies for a warranty replacement, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
The 12oz free flowing, push-on lid dimensions are 3in x 3in x 1/2in.
The 22oz free flowing, push-on lid dimensions are 3 3/8in x 3 3/8in x 3/4in.
The 30oz free flowing, push-on lid dimensions are 3 7/8in x 3 7/8in x 3/4in.

At this time, the 9oz sippy cup lid is not compatible with the 8oz baby bottle. However, our product development team is actively working on creating toddler-friendly lids designed to fit the 8oz format.
While we don’t have a confirmed launch date yet, we’re excited to offer these lids in the future so you can continue to use your insulated bottles as your little one grows.
Yes! The 22oz Antimicrobial Twist-On Lids and the 22oz Tritan Twist-On Lids are fully interchangeable and fit the same bottles.
The antimicrobial lid is our top-of-the-line lid and it has a contains a natural antimicrobial additive within the plastic. The additive is effective at killing 99% of bacteria, fungus, mold, and viruses on the surface of the lid.
The Tritan lid is also a very good option. Tritan plastic is one of the healthiest plastic options it BPA-fee, BPS-free, and free of other estrogenic activity. It is also very durable.
Both are good options and use Tritan plastic. However, the natural antimicrobial lid also includes the antimicrobial additive.

All of our PURE Drinkware tumblers are made with high quality stainless steel.
The PURE Refresh tumblers, primarily sold in physical retail stores, are made with a 304 Grade Stainless Steel Inner Wall and a 201 Grade Stainless Steel Outer Wall. The PURE Pristine tumblers, sold on our online website, are made with a 304 Grade Stainless Steel Inner and Outer Wall.
The term SiSA stands for Silver-ion Surface Assurance. Silver is a natural element with antimicrobial properties which protects the surface against 99% of all bacteria, viruses, fungi, and mold.
Cross-contamination is one of the most common ways to spread germs, thus at PURE Drinkware we pride ourselves on incorporating our SiSA antimicrobial technology into every surface from top to bottom of all our antimicrobial products (exterior surface, lid and even the non-slip silicon base)

Our products meet all the required FDA regulations for safety, including those related to surface coatings and paint. They are an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
At this time, our tumblers are designed but not manufactured in the USA.

A return request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase was made.

If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

If packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

If the product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
