    Pure Warranty Information

    Pure is a leading innovator in the stainless-steel drinkware arena and stands behind its products. Pure offers this limited warranty to products with a warranty identification code to ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of our products. Pure warrants that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials when purchased and for a period of three years after the date of purchase and when maintained utilizing the care instructions provided with the product.

    WHAT’S COVERED:

    - Craftsmanship
    - Material Defects
    - Loss of Vacuum Insulation

    Defects are those which occur during the normal and intended use of the product and does not include the following:

    • Normal wear & tear, dents, punctures, scratches, chipped paint, fading of paint. Extreme or improper use of product.
    • Damage to product and accessories caused by improper cleaning, disassembling or post purchase modifications.
    • Mold on silicone seals and gaskets caused by improper cleaning and/or drying.
    • Accidental damage caused by product owner.

    If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The Product must be returned to Pure Drinkware for evaluation of the warranty claim. Please be advised for product replacements via warranty claim, if your item is not currently in stock on our website we can only offer a close match to the product ordered from our existing stock.

    THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SPECIFICALLY ENUMERATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL PURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

    PURE Drinkware offers free returns for items purchased on PUREDrinkWare.com within the last 30 days for new, unused products in their original packaging.

    "NO RETURNS" on engraved items

    Please be advised that customers must pay return shipping on returns.

    PURE Drinkware offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase from an authorized PURE Drinkware dealer or on our website.

    • PURE Drinkware will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
    • Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, paint finish wear, dents from drops, broken glass, damaged caps or rubber gaskets, and any issues resulting from loss, theft, or not following the care instructions provided (such as dishwashing). PURE Drinkware may request images of a product to validate a warranty claim if necessary.
    • If a covered defect is discovered, PURE Drinkware will replace your product with the same or similar product at PURE Drinkware’s option for FREE after a visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.
