Warranty

 

PURE Drinkware offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase from an authorized PURE Drinkware dealer or on our website.

  • PURE Drinkware will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
  • Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, paint finish wear, dents from drops, broken glass, damaged caps or rubber gaskets, and any issues resulting from loss, theft, or not following the care instructions provided (such as dishwashing). PURE Drinkware may request images of a product to validate a warranty claim if necessary.
  • If a covered defect is discovered, PURE Drinkware will replace your product with the same or similar product at PURE Drinkware’s option for FREE after a visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.

  • Normal wear & tear, dents, punctures, scratches, chipped paint, fading of paint.
  • Extreme or improper use of product
  • Damage to product and accessories caused by improper cleaning, disassembling or post purchase modifications.
  • Mold on silicone seals and gaskets caused by improper cleaning and/or drying.
  • Accidental damage caused by product owner.
  • Discontinued Products

Please be advised for product replacements via warranty claim, if your item is not currently in stock on our website we can only offer a close match to the product ordered from our existing stock.

Warranty claims cannot be considered without a valid proof of purchase.
